Fremont Solstice Fair
In June we wandered over to catch the end of the Fremont Solstice Fair, which includes a locally famous parade that most famously includes naked, body-painted bicyclists, among other things. The parade starts in Fremont and ends in Gas Works Park. We walked to the park to witness the remainder of some partying, dancing, brass band playing, etc. We then walked home during a really nice sunset. Since we missed the actual parade, we only saw one naked bicyclist. No photo available.

At Gas Works Park.
There is a brass band that played their way down the hill and onto a raft, then out into the lake, in the right side of the image.
